Billing Clarification & Questions
AgeSmart provides ID and age verification services for partner websites. On some dating partner websites AgeSmart charges a one-time service fee to review and verify an account application. It is important to understand:
- AgeSmart's payment partner is SEGPAY. The fee will show up on your credit card statement as SegpayEU*AGESMART-VER.
- the fee is non-refundable. The service having been delivered.
- the fee is a one-time service fee per account (email address).
- the fee pays for age verification and compliance review process, that's all.
- the fee DOES NOT guarantee you access to the features of partner websites. It just certifies to that partner that you passed the age verification and compliance process.
- Partner websites will have their own terms of use. If you break those terms, they may ban or block your access. If you are banned or blocked from a partner website, you are not entitled to a refund from AgeSmart.

However below in simple terms is an overview of what can get you banned on the MegaPersonals partner website.
- Posting for someone else. You can only publish posts for yourself.
- More than one person visible in your posting history.
- Creating multiple accounts on MegaPersonals.
- Fraud / Scams: publishing posts with the aim of stealing from or extorting viewers.
- Resellers: creating accounts for the purposes of reselling them.
- Publishing content that may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Copyright infringement: using someone else's photos or videos without their permission.
Contact MegaPersonals Support if you feel that you have not broken the Terms of Use of Publishing Agreement terms and have been wrongly BANNED. Only MegaPersonals support can help with these problems.
